Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges

Returns and exchange details
I'm doing my best to make all of my customers 100% happy and satisfied with their purchases. If it happens you'll feel that the design is not going in the right direction - I can make partial refund.
TERMS OF REFUNDS:
A. Custom Designs (Custom Logo Design, Stationery etc.)
1. If a refund is requested before the first round of the drafts is complete.
2. There’s a cancellation fee of 30% for the time reserved for your project and time we’ve already spent on it.
4. After receiving 2st round of drafts the cancellation fee is 50%.
5. After receiving 3nd round of drafts the cancellation fee is 30%.
6. After receiving 4nd round of drafts – we will not make any refunds.
B. Custom Web Design
1. The refund must be requested before the design process has started (and before the agreed start date)
2. There’s a cancellation fee of 30% for the time reserved for your project.
1. After receiving the proposal – the refund must be requested before the coding has started.
2. There’s a cancellation fee of 50% of paid amount due to the time reserved for your project and time I’ve already spent working on it.
3. Once the design has been accepted and coding started – I will not make any refunds.
C. Premade Logo Design
1. All sales are final.
Payment
Full payment is due upfront unless it’s otherwise stated.
Shipping
Shipping of digital files is always FREE.
As soon as Etsy processes the payment:
// Custom Logo Designs will be sent in max 72 hours after receiving the filled questionnarie (the questionnaire comes as soon as the order is placed). The various changes and / or new designs that will follow will have a maximum delivery time of 48 hours. The design of a Custom Logo Design can take about 2 to 3 weeks.
// For Custom Website service the first release of the new structure is delivered within 1 or 2 weeks, depends the type of project, the exact time is reported in the respective listing. For the various changes the delivery days are variable. Based on 20 projects completed in 2016 and 2017, starting from payment to launch, usually last approximately from 1 to 2 months on average.
IMPORTANT: The studio is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
The design process starts only after I receiving all crucial information such as:
• filled questionnaire
• logo files (if required)
• sample content (texts etc.)
• web host details (if required)
Also it’s crucial for the design process that you provide your feedback in a timely manner. Please, make sure that you’ll be able to respond to my e-mails within 3 business days.
If you don’t get back to us within 5 business days after receiving proofs of custom design (logo, business card, website etc.), I will move to the next order and your project will be resumed in my available time frame.
I understand that life happens and sometimes you can’t be as involved as you originally planned. Please let me know if you aren’t able to work our project and I can move dates around.
If you don't contact me in 30 days after our sending of final files - we will consider our co-working as finished.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
Projects are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Please contact me to check availability.
MANAGEMENT + PROMOTIONAL
After your launch, we can talk about routine and ongoing marketing for your business.
OPW (OTHER PEOPLE’S WORK)
Once the site goes live, I will give you the login information. After this point, BRAND- SOCIETY is no longer liable for edits, and you assume all responsibility for changes made to the site. PLEASE, if you already have the login info don't apply changes as long as the project is still under construction, if changes are made and further action is needed this will be quoted with the hourly rate of $ 40.

COLORS & FILES
Colors on monitors and printers can vary a bit because the print comes in CMYK profile, and monitors display RGB.
Digital files will be sent as .png, pdf file and source files (.ai .psd)

DESIGNS & COPYRIGHT
All designs available in my shop are protected by copyright laws - you are not allowed to use it without BRAND- SOCIETY permission.
Customer pens all rights to purchased custom logo design, but I preserve the right to display the design on BRAND- SOCIETY portfolio page or Etsy Shop as an example of previous works.
All unused designs are property of BRAND- SOCIETY and:
a) will not be used by customer
b) may be sold by BRAND- SOCIETY
ACCREDITATION
I place accreditation as a hyperlink that reads “Design by BS Studio” at the website footer.

FONTS & STOCK PHOTOS
I only use open source fonts that are free for commercial use.
If you’d like us to use a commercial font – you’ll need to purchase the font’s commercial use license separately.
You guarantee that you own copyrights to all provided materials such as texts, pictures, graphics etc. or own permission to use them.
